MBTI® Sessions for Team Building
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) tool is used for individual and group learning. This session will focus on the working relationships through discussion of office communication and work styles. In addition to the individual benefit in gaining a vocabulary to discuss the differences we experience every day, a group composite will be built. The group level data provides a useful picture of the group’s central preferences and the strengths in that profile.
This session is fun, lively, and interactive and nicely lends itself to a constructive team building effort. The session will flex from presentation of the information to participative exercises that grow an understanding of the concepts.
Executive Meeting Facilitation
The Bordley Development Group provides executive meeting design and facilitation. Strong facilitation skills have resulted in effective off-sites/executive meetings, training and counseling with groups and individuals. This scope involves providing assistance in defining goals, setting agendas, and actively facilitating the meeting to maximize effectiveness and outcome. With an academic background in counseling, Andrea Mayfield professionally facilitates emotionally charged and conflicted settings with a high degree of confidence and success.
New Manager Assimilation
This session is a half-day meeting that offers both the manager and the staff the opportunity to accelerate the process of learning to work together effectively. The process provides the manager the chance to clarify expectations and answer employee questions and concerns in a non-threatening, neutral setting. The session can be used as a part of an onboarding program or an internally promoted leader.
