The Bordley Development Group offers a variety of formats for leadership development: one-on-one coaching, small group learning in a lab setting, or on-site training opportunities. In each format, the focus is on the individual leader and gaining understanding of his/her impact in the organization. After assessing that impact, the leader deciphers which behaviors need to be added or changed to create a more effective leadership impact. Learning how to apply effective leadership behaviors to their individual setting is the central goal.
