Andrea MayfieldAndrea has proven skills in organization and leadership development.  Her main focus is to develop and manage collaborative consultant-client relationships that result in finding the best solution – coaching, training, or group meetings – to meet the developmental need of the organization or individual client.  She provides consulting, keynotes, and workshops on leadership impact, organizational culture and building a collaborative workplace.  Andrea co-authored The Thin Book of® Naming Elephants which was written to illustrate the need for organizations to create candid dialogue which leverages good ideas and airs bad news.

She serves as an executive coach and has built high potential leadership development programs in large organizations.  Andrea is the co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Lab (WLL) which is a unique development experience incorporating content focus sessions (Talent, Influence, Language, Trends) with individual coaching.  WLL focuses on maximizing leadership impact.
